To strengthen our team in Schlieren, we are looking for a dedicated Scheduling Specialist to start immediately or by agreement, who will help us streamline our processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitoring and optimizing logistics processes
• Ensuring timely and efficient processing
• Planning and coordinating vehicle deliveries and inventory
• Handling administrative tasks from vehicle ordering through delivery to the customer
• Serving as the direct point of contact for importers and local representatives
• Submitting and tracking sales incentives
• Posting and verifying the corresponding credit memos
• Careful and organized management of customer files
  
• Various administrative tasks for the sales department
• Assistance with events and in other areas

You bring the following

• Completed business training or comparable qualification
• Experience in logistics planning, ideally in the automotive industry
• Organizational skills and a structured approach to work
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with MS Office and, ideally, ERP systems
• Good knowledge of German, English, and French
